This building has a continuous wall structure that defines vaulted and cone-shaped rooms (trulli).

There is also an accessory compartment, defined “bucataio”, with brick vaults supported by iron joists.

On the outside, in front of the building, the external square consists in local stone and green areas on terracing.

The project involved extraordinary maintenance inside, a small enlargement of building, outdoor design and swimming pool construction.
